I graduated from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2000. And have been a member in good standing with the CMTO (Collge of Massage Therapists of Ontario) since 2001. I have spent my entire career working in a clinical setting along side Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Naturopathic Doctors. My focus has always been to provide therapeutic treatments designed to improve many musculoskeletal conditions. If you have tension, pain or discomfort, I can help!!

From a firm relaxation massage to a deep therapeutic treatment, I will work with you, to help you reach your wellness goals. I use many different techniques to relax and re-balance the body:

 

Hot stone massage to soothe and soften tight muscles, cupping/dynamic cupping to release restrictions and adhesions, increase circulation and release metabolic waste from the body. IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, M2T Blade) to further influence stubborn scar tissue and fascial restrictions. I am always willing to alter or change my techniques at any time to help you get the most out of your time! I also use a Hypervolt, magnet cupping and Dolphin MPS/Deep Vagal Nerve Stimulaton.

 

I absolutely love my career as an RMT! And I often think of my clients as friends or my work family!! When I'm not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my dogs ... Ty, Remi and Oakley! I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and spend most mornings at the gym, out for a run or sweating it out in a hot yoga class. My family and I love travelling together every chance we get! Life is way to short to be anything but happy!
